unbonused RR is really weak. having tried to run a RR doctrines in the past, I took three necessities from the experience: 1) resists above 70% across the board, 2) some buffer tank to survive missed cycles, 3) armour links
I'm sceptical about success with that Vexor fit above simply because there's too much that can go wrong:
1) anyone that comes at you with a neut ship will have an excellent chance of forcing one of you to run both your boosters simultaneously, and if you get capped out while you're reloading both then you're ****** because the resists are awful and there's no buffer tank to fall back on.
2) you will quickly find yourself overwhelmed trying to a) manage your local reps while b) rationing the amount of outgoing RR while c) maintaining a clear idea of the biggest threat on field and communicating effectively with your mate about who to focus on and when while d) keeping an eye on drones to spew out more as they get shot down (in a drawn-out fight, they will) while e) keeping your cap stable and not accidentally wasting a booster cycle, which could really end up costing you.
and that's just the conditions you'll face if you aren't being neuted as well, in which case you will probably be ****** with all the chaos going on in your head as you're trying to prioritize tasks every second.
There's nothin' like skating away from a fight with the hull on fire, some mods burned out and a cargohold full of loot.

why would you even say this? clearly the guy asking is not a pro at this which would be why he's asking. i'm just pointing out the difficulties with flying a fit that needs constant management, given a worst-case scenario. when you're getting blobbed by a gang and have to run everything at max just to keep up armour, it sure as **** is hard even for long-term players to make sure everything is being managed properly so don't give me that bullshit
